Molecular scientist Pedro Galante, earned his degree and doctorate in biochemistry from the University of São Paulo. Following his studies, he undertook a post-doctoral fellowship at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, affiliated with Harvard Medical School in the USA. In addition to maintaining his health through regular exercise, Pedro has a passion for woodworking. This hobby has not only served as a creative outlet but has also contributed to the decor of his home, where he resides with his wife and two children. Currently, Pedro holds a senior research position at the Instituto Sírio-Libanês de Ensino e Pesquisa, located within the Sírio-Libanês Hospital in São Paulo. Outside of his professional commitments, Pedro dedicates his weekends entirely to his family. During this time, he swaps his scientist hat for a chef’s apron, taking charge of the kitchen in his household.
