An institution formed and maintained by journalists, independent, focused on the exchange of information among us, on professional training, on deepening knowledge and use of tools in the field of investigative journalism, on the creation of literature and databases, and on promoting seminars, conferences, and professional development workshops.
Projects
At the 19th International Congress of Investigative Journalism, Serrapilheira promoted the lecture “Collaboration between journalists and scientists in the production of data and major reports,” with the participation of Juliana Mori (co-founder and director of InfoAmazonia) and Thiago Medaglia (founder of Ambiental Media) and mediation by Raika Moisés, Serrapilheira’s journalism and media project manager.
Held from July 11 to 14, 2024, in São Paulo, and promoted by Abraji, the congress has established itself as one of the leading journalism events in the Americas.
