The report “On the eve of COP30, Combu Island in Belém warns of the climate challenge in the Amazon” will investigate the impacts of biodiversity loss on riverside communities in the floodplains of some of the 39 islands of Belém, host city of COP30.

It had the scientific collaboration of Maria Luiza Busato and Luis Cattelan, students of The Training Program in Quantitative Ecology.
