Immersion and exchange of energies with non-human life forms can be essential to the artistic process. The LabVerde Artistic Immersion Program in the Amazon involves different actors from art, science, and ecology on a journey enabling different scales and perspectives of the Amazon forest. The experience takes place near Manaus, exploring ecological reserves and visiting impacted forest areas to recognize and narrate nature. Participants attempt to create new ways of existing and interacting with the natural environment and speculate about possible futures.
