Children’s books and e-books can be great allies in teaching mathematics. The project developed by the TeiaMat group from the Federal University of Grande Dourados sought to analyze how creating children’s literature stories to develop mathematical concepts influences the practices and professional knowledge of a group of early childhood education and early years teachers. The project targeted elementary school children. The e-books produced are accessible to people with disabilities and have versions in different languages.
